Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply depending on your delivery country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders above $350, the shipping cost is covered by us, but any import duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes that may arise are not covered by us and must be paid by the recipient.


Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we are unable to ship to the following destinations:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Mali, Micronesia, Myanmar, the Netherlands Antilles, Niger, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, and Ukraine.

We aim to fulfill your order within the estimated timeframe; however, Anim Living cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.

Excluded Time Periods and P.O. Box Addresses

Our distribution center does not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays in Turkey.
We also do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Our Customer Care team will inform you in case of any delay.

Force Majeure

Although we use reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the specified time, Anim Living cannot accept responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — such as severe weather, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
In such cases, our team will do their best to keep you informed.
